When will I get my order?
Orders are usually fulfilled in 1–3 business days, then shipped. Typical standard delivery times:
USA: 2–4 days
UK: 2–3 days
Europe: 2–5 days
Canada: 4–7 days
Australia: 3–5 days
International: 5–20 days
Express delivery timing depends on your exact location and will show at checkout.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide, so your order will ship from the Netherlands, UK, USA, or Australia depending on your location.
My tracking hasn’t updated / my order is late — what should I do?
Before contacting us, please try:
Double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email
Check with your local post office/courier depot
Ask neighbors (sometimes parcels are left nearby)
If everything looks correct and you still can’t locate it, email contact@illustratedtracks.com
with your order number and we’ll investigate and make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged (bent print, dented tube/frame, etc.)?
Please email contact@illustratedtracks.com with your order number and photos of the damage + packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Returns/refunds are accepted for products that are damaged, wrongful packages or significantly different from what was described/ordered.
Returns are 100% free at no extra cost to you. You can return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
If you contact us as soon as possible (ideally right after ordering), we’ll do our best to update the address or cancel before production/shipping.

Can you make a custom track / a track that isn’t on the website?
Yes — we can create custom posters for tracks not currently listed.

and include:
Track name + location
Preferred size
Background color
Material/product type (poster/canvas/etc.)
Any custom text (optional)
Any reference images you have (helpful)
Custom orders can take a bit longer than standard orders, especially during busy periods.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. If you want to order 10+ artworks, email contact@illustratedtracks.com
and we’ll provide a special discount code.
Will I be charged customs/import fees?
Customs and tax fees may apply on international orders depending on your country, and are assessed by your local customs office (outside our control).
