When will I get my order?

Shipping times depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 2–4 business days
● Canada: 3–5 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days 

 

Where will my order ship from?

Im working together with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be either shipped from the USA, Canada, Europe (Latvia, Spain, Great Britain), Australia or Japan depending on your location.

 

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or the product is damaged, you can return the product for free and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
To do this please contact me at contact@illustratedtracks.com with your order number, (Please add photos if your product is damaged) then you will be informed about the further procedure.
There will be no costs for you.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me at contact@illustratedtracks.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you want to order 10 or more artworks you can send me an mail at contact@illustratedtracks.com to get a special discount code.
