Do you offer refunds?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or the product is damaged, you can return the product for free and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
To do this please contact me at email@example.com with your order number, (Please add photos if your product is damaged) then you will be informed about the further procedure.
There will be no costs for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
I can only offer exchanges for damaged products.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will send you a new one, or issue a refund!
